摘要
针对鞍钢中板厂四辊可逆轧机工作辊的特点，试制了离心铸造工作辊代替常规大冲洗法生产的高合金工作辊。结果表明：离心铸造工作辊具有较高的综合力学性能，辊身硬度均匀，减少了轧制过程中工作辊剥落的现象。
According to the rolling characteristics of working roll of four high reversing mill in AISC Medium
Plate Plant,the centrifugal casted working roll instead of the convertional high alloy working roll
from stamping is developed.It has been shown that the centrifugal casted working roll is of high
comprehensive dynamic performance,roll body has the uniform hardness,and working roll spalling
has decreased during rolling,its service life is twice more than cinventional rolls.
