摘要
目的探讨氯化镉对人肾近曲小管上皮细胞的毒性效应。方法将细胞分成对照组与实验组,计数细胞死亡率,绘制细胞生长曲线,检测乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）活力和丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果随着氯化镉浓度的增高,细胞死亡率、培养液内LDH活力、MDA含量均升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与染毒剂量作相关分析,相关系数分别为0.858、0.878、0.931,有明显的相关性（P〈0.01）。结论镉对体外培养人肾近曲小管上皮细胞有明显的毒性效应。
Objective To explore the influence of cadmium on the cytotoxicity in human proximal tubular epithelial cell.Methods The cells were divided into control group and experiment group.The cell death rate was counted.Cytotoxicity of Cadmium on HK-2 cells was determined by cell growth curves.The lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）and malondialdehyde（MDA）were measured by spectrophotometer.Results Results showed that with the increase of cadmium chloride dosage,the cell death rate、the level of LDH and MDA increased,there were statistic significance（P〈0.05）.The correlation analysis between the toxic dosage were 0.858、0.878 and 0.931 respectively,and had obvious relevance（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Cadmium could induce cytotoxicity in human proximal tubular epithelial cell.
