摘要
通过对改性Al(OH)3的实验研究,阐述了硬脂酸用量、时间、温度等因素对Al(OH)3改性的影响及改性机理。实验结果表明最佳的改性方案:改性剂用量为Al(OH)3质量的3%,时间为30 min,温度为90°C。通过热重的质量损失曲线和红外光谱分析,证明了改性剂和Al(OH)3之间有了吸附键合,形成了化学键。改性后可使Al(OH)3/线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)复合材料的力学性能得到提高,分散性也得到明显改善。
Based on the experimental study of modified Al(OH)3,the effect of such factors as the amount of stearic acid,time and temperature on the modification of Al(OH)3 and the mechanism of modification were discussed.The best modification conditions obtained from the test results are the amount of modifier being 4% of the mass of Al(OH)3,the test time duration 30 min and the test temperature 90 °C.The thermogravimetric curve and IR analysis indicate the absorption bond between the modifier and Al(OH)3 and a chemical bond is formed.The mechanical properties of the complex Al(OH)3 /LLDPE are increased and dispersion is improved remarkably by the modification.
