摘要
简要介绍电磁感应法测试钢筋直径的工作原理,分析影响测试结果的各种因素,就如何提高测试精度提出了一些建议。另外通过室内模型块试验,精确测量钢筋保护层厚度,利用钢筋保护层厚度反推钢筋直径,取得了令人满意的结果,将该方法应用于旧有结构的评估和检测,得到和凿开法一致的结果。
This paper briefly introduces the working principle of testing the steel bar diameter by electromagnetic induction method,analyzes various factors affecting the test result,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve test accuracy.Moreover,the thickness of the reinforcement cover is measured accurately by indoor model block test,steel bar diameter is calculated by the thickness of the reinforcement cover,and satisfactory result is obtained.When this method is applied to the evaluation and test of old structures,result consistent with that of broaching method is obtained.
