摘要
高校女教师已经并必然成为高等院校的生力军,其中一个重要原因是高校女教师在课堂教学中有一系列为男性教师所不具备的优势,如女性特别的个性心理特征、包括肢体语言在内的较强语言表达能力、对外在形象魅力的成功追求等。但其优势充分发挥还存在一些干扰因素,需要社会、女性自身等方面的共同努力才能排除。
The female teachers have been,and will inevitably become a force in higher education,one important reason is that female teachers in the classroom teaching have a series of advantages which male teachers do not have,such as women’s particular,individual psychological characteristics,the strong language skills including body language,the successful and charm pursuit of the external image and so on.But its advantages into full play there is some interference factors,it needs of society,women themselves to the joint efforts to eliminate.
