摘要
对压光机可控中高辊进行分析,总结可控中高辊对液压系统的要求。通过对可控中高辊的底辊加载回路与提升回路的分析,设计了满足压光机性能的液压系统。
Along with the development of paper making industry,the equipment of paper making is demanded to develop too.Soft calender becomes more and more popular because of its good function.Through the analysis of the C.C.roll of the calender,its hydraulic system requirements are summarized.Through the design of the loading circuit and the elevating circuit of the bottom roll of calender,the hydraulic system can meet the performance requirements.
