摘要
以双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51),乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EPG-669),聚己内酯二元醇(Polyol-0201)和三芳基锍鎓盐(Ar3S+SbF6-)作为组分制备了一种阳离子型紫外光固化涂料。利用凝胶率测定法对其紫外光固化涂料的光敏性进行了研究。综合考虑其紫外光固化涂料的光敏性,加工流动性以及成本价格等因素,该紫外光固化涂料的较佳配方为E-51质量分数65%,EPG-669质量分数15%,Polyol-0201质量分数16%,Ar3S+SbF6-质量分数4.0%。同时,对该紫外光固化涂料的贮存稳定性以及它的光固化膜的拉伸性能,柔韧性,铅笔硬度进行了研究。实验结果表明该紫外光固化涂料在暗处贮存稳定性好,且紫外光固化膜性能较佳。
A cationic type UV-curing coating was prepared with bisphenol A type epoxy resin (E-51),ethylene glycol diglycidylether(EPG-669),polycaprolactone polyol(Polyol-0201) and triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonateare(Ar3S+SbF-6) as components.Photosensitive property of the UV-curing coating was investigated by ulitizing gel yield method.Thinking comprehensively the factors of photosensitive property,processing flow property and cost,the optimum formulation was that E-51 mass factor was 65%,EPG-669 mass factor was 15%,EPG-669 mass factor was15%,Polyol-0201 mass factor was 16% and Ar3S+SbF-6 mass factor was 4.0%.Meanwhile,the storing stability of the UV-curing coating was investigated,and the tensile property,flexibility and pencil hardness of the UV-cured films were investigated.The experimental results showed that the UV-curing coating was stable in the opaque plastic bottle,and the properties of the UV-cured films was good.
