摘要
南通市推行妇幼保健保偿制１０年来，加强组织领导，健全管理机制，加强制度建设，完善管理措施，强化规范化管理，抓好保后服务的质量监控和保偿经费的专项管理，妇幼保健保偿制步入了程序化、规范化、科学化的良性运行轨道，妇幼保健服务水平和工作质量稳步提高，有效地保护了妇女儿童健康。
Since Nantong City of Jiangsu Province carried out MCH Guarantee and Compensation for 10 years, they have strengthened the leadership,perfected the management mechanism, strengthened the construction of rules and regulations, perfected the measurement of management, strengthened the standardize management, exercised effective supervision with regard to service quality and finances management, this work has got onto the programmed automatic, standardize and scientific track. The service levels and work quality of MCH have raised, the health of the maternal and child were safeguarded effectively.
