摘要
研究农用地利用变化驱动机制是破解土地利用变化规律及其效应的关键。本文从农用地利用单元和农户土地利用单元特征分析入手,得出农户的土地利用目标需求和农用地的供给能力之间存在偏差是农户土地利用微观变化的根本诱因,基于此可以将农户分为粮食需求型、利润需求型、粮食和利润协调型三种类型。进而在探讨农户土地利用影响因素的基础上,提出农用地利用变化驱动机制框架,构建基于土地产权约束、农用地用途约束下的农户土地利用单元和农地利用单元相互影响的概念框架,并基于农户收益最大化原则对农户家庭的劳动力的分配进行经济学解释。
Agricultural land is one of the most important land use types in the world,so we need to make a deeper research on agricultural land driving mechanism.This paper analyzes the characteristics of agricultural land use unit and farm household land use unit,and there are some mismatches between the objectives of farm household land use and the supply capacity of agricultural land,which lead to the fundamental inducement of land use due to the micro-decision of the household.So we put forward three farm household types：the first one preferring for grain productivity,the second one preferring for profit,and the third one preferring for both.Then,on the basis of discussing the impact factors of farm household land use,we have designed the interactive concept framework between agricultural land use unit and farm household land use unit limited in land property right system and the land use control system.The household land use making-decision is the loop of the farm households＇ perception in land characteristics and their responses to land.At first,the households evaluate their family demands and their arable land quality,location,and etc,and identify their preference for grain productivity or value productivity of farmland,then would have a plan about the distribution of their labors between agriculture and non-agriculture and cultivated land between grain crops and cash crops,which would lead to the change of land use pattern and land use intensity at plot level.At the same time,we probe into the arrangement of farm household labors in the principle of household＇s profit maximization using econometric model and concept graphs.
