摘要
设计了一种基于H.264压缩标准的远距离视频监控系统,详细给出了该系统的硬件与软件设计,并针对RTP流媒体网络数据传输中的若干问题给出了相应的解决方案。实践证明,系统运行稳定可靠,设计合理。
