摘要
以龙眼核为原料,采用水、乙醇、甲醇为溶剂进行超声提取,并分别测定了各种提取液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。结果表明,以水、50%乙醇和50%甲醇为溶剂的提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶有较高的抑制率,这为龙眼核降血糖成分的提取分离和应用开发奠定了良好的理论基础。
With longan seed as the study materials,the extracts of longan seed were tested with different solvents,which were water,ethanol and methanol on different concentrations.The inhibition of extracts on αglucosidase was tested.The results showed inhibited effect with water,50% ethanol and 50% methanol as solvents is higher.It provided a theoretical foundation to future research on the hypoglycemic component in longan seed.
