摘要
视交叉上核(SCN)是哺乳动物的内源性生物钟,其表面存在高亲合力(MT)受体。我们用放射性配体-2-[125I]-IodoMT测定SCN的表面受体,发现在光照和黑暗中期附近呈现低谷。电毁损松果体阻断MT的合成后、黑暗中期测得值明显上升。揭示内源性MT对SCN具有反馈作用。
The endocrine clock of mammals is known to be the Suprachiasmatic Nuclei(SCN) which exist the high - affinityMelatonin(MT) receptor. We determined the receptor of SCN by radioligand - 2 - [125I]- iodo MT and found the lowestlevel appeared at midday and midnight. When the synthesis of MT was inhibited by pineal destruction, the level of midnight increased significantly. The results suggested that endocrine MT could regulate SCN by itself.
