摘要 介绍了已研制成功的基于PC总线工控机的平面磨床数控系统的总体设计方案,详细讨论了伺服系统、手动脉冲发生器、按钮面板、机床侧输入输出信号等各部分接口电路的硬件设计。运转实验和测试结果表明,该系统控制精度高、性能可靠、操作直观方便,完全实现了预期的设计目的和要求。 In this paper, a successfully studied and developed NC system based on PC-BUS IPC for surface grinding machine ,mainly its overall scheme, is introduced. Hardware design of interfaces such as servo control system, manual pulse generator, press-button panel and ON/OFF signals control circuits are discussed in detail. Experiments and performance tests show that the system achieves satisfactory control precision, reliability and maneuverability.
