摘要
采用正交试验法，确定羧甲司坦片的最佳处方和制备工艺。所制片剂外观好。经体外溶出度试验，５ｍｉｎ溶出度＞８０％。
Several formulations of carboci steine tablets were prepared according to orthogonal experiment design. By the basket dissolution method, at 5 minutes the dissolution was higher than 80%.
