摘要
迪庆藏族自治州地处生态系统极不稳定的亚高山生态脆弱带，保护好原始森林和天然草场，是迪庆州生态保护的必由之路。实现迪庆州生态保护战略的根本途径是调整产业结构和生产力布局，大力发展“绿色产业”和“无烟工业”，以资源利用方式的转变促进经济增长方式的转变，最终实现本地区生态、经济。
Located on an ecological fragile region of sub-alpine,Diqing Tibet Autonomous Prefecture suffers from deteriorated ecological environment which severely endangers the sustainable development of the local area and the lower reaches of the Lancang River and Jinsha River.Making efforts to protect the maiden forest and the natural grassland is an ivevitable way for the prefecture to protect the ecosystem.The only way leading to implementing the ecological protection is to adujst the industrial structure and the distribution of productive forces,to exert great efforts on the Green Products Industry and non-smoke industry,and to promote the transformation of economic growth by the transformation of the utilization of natural resources.Finally,the sustainable ecological,economic and social development can be realized.
