摘要
采用DSC、SEM等方法对PBT/PET/PA6三元共混物中聚酯含量的变化与共混物性能之间的关系进行了研究。实验结果表明,共混物中PET含量的增加有利于提高该三元共混物的热性能和结晶性能;另外,PBT含量的增加则大大提高了共混物的抗冲击能力。
PBT,PET and PBT/PET blneds are widely used as engineering plastics. However, polyester PBT and PET have the same shortcoming, low impact strength. To improve it, nylon 6(PA 6) was blended with PBT and PET to form PBT/PET/PA 6 ternary blends in which epoxy resin(E 44) was added as a compatilizer. Now, the effect of polyester content on the crystallization behaviours and mechanical properties of the blends was studied by DSC, SEM and other methods. It was showed that the impact strength of the blends was largely enchanced (from 1.4 kJ/m 2 to 6.7 kJ/m 2) with increasing PBT content. Furthermore, it was also showed that the thermal and crystal properties of the blends was improved with the addition of PET.
