摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 2006至2009年度收治的83例确诊为病毒性心肌炎患者,随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医对照组,中西医结合治疗组在西医治疗的基础上采用黄芪针静脉滴注和中医辨证治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效和心电图改善情况。结果两组患者临床疗效比较,中西医结合治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者心电图改善情况比较,中西医结合治疗组心电图改善情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效确切,优于单纯西药治疗组。
Objective To research the clinical effect of Integrative Medicine to treat viral therapy.Methods Treated from 2006 to 2009 83 patients who diagnosed as viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the combination therapy group and Western group,the combination therapy group on the basis of treatment in Western medicine with Chinese medicine astragalus and Differential Treatment of intravenous needles.The clinical effi cacy were observed and ECG improvement.Results Clinical comparison of the two groups of patients,the effi cacy of combination therapy group was higher,the difference was statistically signifi cant,P〈0.05;two groups were compared ECG to improve the situation,the combination therapy group was signifi cantly higher in ECG,the difference was statistically signifi cant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Integrated treatment of viral myocarditis is effective,better than western medicine group.
