摘要
针对高压法三聚氰胺装置高压甲铵泵运行过程出现的各种故障,根据泵结构特性及介质特殊性,通过生产运行过程的摸索实践,进行技术分析,找出处理或避免方法,采取相应的措施,从根本上解决了影响甲铵泵长周期运行的瓶颈,保证了装置的平稳运行。
In connection with the various failures occurred during the running of HP ammonium pump in melamine plant employing a high-pressure process and based on a special pump structure and specificity of medium, some practical explorations have been made during the operating running and technical analysis carried out to find out either dealing or avoidance method and adopt corresponding measure; these have fundamentally solved the bottleneck affecting a long-cycle running of ammonium pump and ensured a stable plant running.
