食管癌血管形成相关因子的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression of the correlated factor with angiogenesis in the carcinoma of the esophagus

摘要 目的:探讨不同组织类型食管癌中NF-κB、VEGF-C、MVD的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测47例食管鳞癌、41例食管腺癌及34例食管小细胞癌中NF-κB、VEGF-C的表达情况,并对微血管密度(MVD)计数。结果:NF-κB在食管鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞癌的表达率分别为59.57%、36.59%、67.65%(P<0.05);VEGF-C在食管鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞癌表达率为65.96%、85.37%、79.41%(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF-C、NF-κB在食管癌发生发展中起着一定的作用,VEGF-C在食管腺癌中表达较高,NF-κB食管小细胞癌中表达较高。MVD在三者之间无差异。食管鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞癌形成微血管的机制可能稍有不同,深入研究其具体的形成机制,可为临床提供针对性的治疗方案。 Objective : To investigate the expression of NF - KB, VEGF - C, MVD and their relations with the behaviors in the esophageal carcinoma of different constitution. Methods: Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of NF - κB, VEGF - C and MVD in 47 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus,41 cases of the adenocarcinoma of esophagus and 34 cases of the small cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Results: NF - κB positive rate was 59. 57% in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus, in adenocarcinoma of esophagus and small cell carcinoma of the esophagus, it were 36.59% and 67.65% (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of VEGF - C were 65.96%, 85.37%, 79.41% (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The positive rate of VEGF - C in adenocarcinoma of esophagus was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus and small cell carcinoma of the esophagus. But the NF - κB positive rate was the highest in small cell carcinoma of the esophagus. MVD was no difference among them, which suggested that the mechanism of angiogenesis was difference. Further investigation was necessary in order to understand the concrete mechanism.
