摘要
随着档案数字化、信息化建设的逐步推进,档案管理系统已经广泛应用于各级各类档案部门。本文针对日常工作中使用频率较高的纸介公文档案管理为例,针对信息化对纸质档案系统的需求和目前档案使用已纸质为主的矛盾,研究设计了一种电子公文档案管理系统。
With the digitization of the archival,information construction step by step,the filemanagement system has been widely used in various types of files departments at all levels.In this paper,daily work,a higher frequency of use of paper documents referred file management,for example,for the information on the paperbased file system needs and the current paper-based files using the already contradictory research and design an electronic document recordsmanagement system.
