摘要
目的：观察复方氨基酸治疗中心性浆液性视网膜病变的临床效果。方法：将７５例８２眼中心性浆液性视网膜病变患者分为两组，将用氨基酸治疗的治疗组４０例和用肌苷、维生素Ｃ治疗的对照组３５例患者做对照。结果：治愈结果经秩和检验，Ｐ＜０．０００５有显著差异。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Amino Acid for the treatment of Central Serous Chorioretionopathy.Methods:We devided the 75 cases(82 eyes)of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy into two groups.40 Cases were treated with Amino Acid and 35 cases with Inosine and Vitamin C as the contros group.Results:The treatment results had significent difference between the two groups(P<0.0005).Conclusion:Amino Acid could significently shorten the course of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy.
