摘要
本文建立了毛细管柱上检测的紫外光吸收理论模型，对毛细管柱上检测的紫外光透过率进行了数值计算，讨论了高效毛细管电泳检测系统的理论与设计参数的关系。
The theory model of on column UV-absorbance detection for CE is set up and the evaluation of on column UV-absorbance transmission is also described.In the end,the relationship between theory and design parameters in the detector for CE is discussed.
