摘要
探讨了钙锶铋钛(Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15)铁电厚膜浆料的分散稳定工艺。结果表明:以粒径100nm左右的钙锶铋钛纳米粉体为分散相,浓度0.20mol/L钙锶铋钛溶胶为分散介质,浆料的PH值调整为6.5,添加空间位阻剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPk30),采用超声60min或球磨6h的分散工艺可以制备出稳定分散的钙锶铋钛厚膜浆料。
The dispersion stability is studid regarding slurry for calcium-strontium bismuth titanium(Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15) thick film.The results indicate that Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15 nano-crystalline powders with the particle size of 100nm or so were dispersed in Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15 solution with the density of 0.20mol/L.And optimization of the slurry is involved with dispersion method,adding steric agent Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPk30)as well as the adjustion of pH value.With this dispersing procedure,the preferable stabilizing slurry can be obtained.
