摘要
对外墙发泡混凝土新型复合保温板体系原材料组成、配合比、性能、技术指标和施工方法等技术可行上进行了分析,并在工程中实践应用。对外墙发泡混凝土新型复合保温板体系与传统EPS板进行了比较,由此分析其经济效益。研究应用表明,新型复合保温板具有优良的施工性、环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,可以满足夏热冬冷地区建筑围护结构节能65%的目标,具有良好的市场潜力和应用前景。
The composition, mixture ratio, performance of raw materials for new composite foamed concrete insulation board system for external wall and its technical specifications and process are analyzed, its economic benefit also analyzed with comparison of traditional EPS board. Research and application show that this new composite insulation board has huge market potential and application prospects with excellent construction, environmental effectiveness, economic and social benefits and 65% energy-saving of buildings enclosures in regions hot in summer and cold in winter.
