摘要
本研究采用ＰＴ－ＰＣＲ法从禽流感Ａ／鸡／北京／１／９６（Ｈ９Ｎ２）株克隆了核蛋白（ＮＰ）基因。ＮＰ基因全长１４９７ｂｐ，编码４９８个氨基酸。将其序列与数株Ａ型流感病毒ＮＰ序列进行比较，相互间同源性在９６．６％～９５．４％。
The nucleoprotein gene(NP) was isolated from the A/Chicken/Beijing/1/96(H9N2) by RT PCR The gene is 1497 nucleotides long and deduced 498 amino acid The putative amino acid sequences has 96 6%～94 2% homology with those of chicken,duck,gull and turkey NP genes Our product of this study could be used to develop molecular technologies,such as DNA probes and RTPCR to detect Avian Influenza Viruses
