摘要
以规模型竞争性联盟为对象,提出了该类联盟中资源组合、合作风险与联盟结构选择偏好之间关系的概念模型;进一步利用来自国内企业的调研数据,借助结构方程模型方法验证了三者之间的相关关系。研究表明,在规模型竞争性联盟中,资源组合、合作风险和联盟结构偏好之间确实存在紧密联系。资源类型越靠近于终端市场,成员对合作风险的感知越显著;对于多数合作风险,成员倾向于选择股权式联盟结构进行风险规避。
Aiming at scale competitive alliance,this paper proposes a concept model about the relationship between resource portfolio,cooperation risks and alliance structure mode partiality in this type of alliance.Based on data collected from domestic firms participating in competitive alliances,structural equation model is applied to examine the relationship between these three variables.The results show that there are significant correlations between resource portfolio,cooperation risk and alliance structure partiality.The closer the resource type to the market,the more cooperation risks will be perceived by partners.For the majority of cooperation risks,partners prefer choosing equity mode to avoid risks.
