摘要
针对1000 MW超临界机组参数较亚临界机组有很大提高,蒸汽品质要求高,而固体颗粒侵蚀问题更加突出,需要合理地配置旁路系统,才能减轻汽轮机固体颗粒侵蚀的问题,介绍了旁路系统的作用,浙江国华浙能发电有限责任公司二期工程采用了全容量高压旁路和大容量低压旁路的二级旁路配置情况。
As we know,1 000 MW ultra-supercritical power units generally have much higher parameters than that of subcritical power units,which put up higher requirement on steam quantity and produce severe solid particle erosion.To solve the erosion problems in turbine,the only applicable way is to add by-pass systems.An introduction is being presented both to the general functions of such by-pass systems and to the 2-stage arrangement,adopted by Zhejiang Guohua Zheneng Power Generation Co.,Ltd.PhaseⅡproject,which includes a full capacity HP bypass system and a large capacity LP bypass system.
