立式电机机座的动态性能仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文在MSC.NASTRAN环境下,利用有限元方法进行了电机机座的瞬态分析和模态仿真,得到了机座的瞬态响应和系统的多阶固有振动频率、振型等参数值。根据仿真结果分析了机座的危险位置和振型。结果表明现有机座的结构基本满足设计要求,同时对比分析了不同地脚螺栓约束对机座振动的影响。获得机座的动态性能,为立式电机的改进提供了参考。 Based on MSC.NASTRAN software,the parameters of motor frame,including transient response,multi-order natural frequencies and mode shape,are studied by using finite element method.The dangerous positions and mode shape of the base are discussed according to the simulation results.The results show that the structure of motor frame is reasonable for the design requirements.Meanwhile,the influence of foot bolts on the base vibration is analyzed.The obtained dynamic characteristics of the base are significant for the improvement of vertical motor.
