摘要
扼要介绍了以世界气象组织所推荐的适合于干旱半干旱地区的水箱模型总体结构为基础，结合山西省具体情况适当改进后推广使用的效果。实践证明，这样的模型结构至少在山西省半干旱地区使用起来比较成功，且具有明显的优越性。它对同类地区也有参考使用价值。
Brief introduction is given to the effects of the general water tank model frame,suitable to arid and semi-arid zones,recommended by WMO,improved with Shanxi Province's situation and applied to the flood forcast of reservoirs in Shanxi Province.It has been proved in practice that such a model frame can be successfully introduced to the arid and semi-arid zones of Shanxi Province at least and has obvious advantages.It is sure that the model frame has applicable value to similar areas.
