摘要
思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。在主持团中央工作期间,胡耀邦在中共中央的坚定支持下,十分重视思想政治工作在青年团工作中的地位和作用,对什么是青年团的思想政治工作,青年团思想政治工作的地位、性质、目的、内容以及如何加强和改进青年团的思想政治工作,进行了深入的思考和探索,取得了一系列成功经验,充分发挥了青年团作为党的助手和后备军的重要作用。
Ideological and political work is the lifeblood of economical work and others work. During presiding over the Youth League, under the firm support of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, HU Yao--bang had accor- ded great impotence to the Youth League＇s status and function. He made an intensive thought and exploration to the definition, status, essence, goal and content of the Youth League＇s ideological and political work. He offered some suggestions for impro- ving and strengthening the Youth League＇s ideological and political work. Obtained a series of success experience and give full play to the Youth League as the party＇s assistant and reserves.
