The Application Prospect of Major Histocompatibility Complex Gene in Resistance to Disease and Seeding of Local Pig Species

摘要 主要组织相容性复合体基因具有丰富多态性,不仅与猪种抗病性有关,而且还与其繁殖性能、生长性能以及肉质都有一定相关性。因此,主要组织相容性复合体基因作为分子遗传标记,应用于地方保护猪种的抗病选育等方面具有重要的科学研究前景和实际应用价值。 The major histocompatibility complex with abundant polymorphism is not only related to the resistance in pig disease,but also the reproduce capability,growth capability and the flesh quality.Therefore,as an effective molecular genetic mark,the major histocompatibility complex will be fit for the disease resistance and seeding of local pig species,and it has the important prospect of science research and practical value of application.
