摘要
长三角地区经济结构的调整和优化、产业结构的转型与升级,对高技能人才需求发生了明显变化。"十一五"期间,长三角地区高技能人才依然短缺,各地政府高度重视,不断解放思想,明确目标,政策推进,采用多种评价方式、创新培养路径、加大奖励力度、健全保障体系等措施,使得高技能人才培养成效明显,但在整体规划,合理分工,开放通道,共享资源,校企联动,倍增成效方面还需要加强研究和落实。
Because of adjustment and optimization of economic structure and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, the demand for high-skilled talents has changed greatly in Yangtse river delta. During "the eleventh five period",the high-skilled talents in Yangtse delta region is still in shortage, and the governments in this region paid high attention to this issue and achieved marked effects in cultivating high-skilled talents by various measures including innovating evaluation mode and cultivation pathway, increasing awarding degree and optimizing assurance system, but the following areas should be further studied and carried out: integrated planning, reasonable work division, openning approaches, sharing resources, combining school and enterprise, etc.
