摘要
缺乏高素质的管理人才是当今社会面临的主要问题。本文通过分析管理人才培养的现状及毕业生与社会需求的差距,对合理的培养模式进行了探讨。
The demand of talented administrative persons is an important problem. Howdo the universities and colleges train talented administrative people needed by our society?This paper analyses the situaton of training talented administrative persons and the gapsbetween graduates and social demand and puts forward rational training method.
