摘要
党的十五大确立了现代企业制度──股份制是国有企业改革的方向。股票市场是制约股份制改革的重要环节之一，但我国的相关法律尚不健全，这就要求我们必须积极稳健地发展股票市场，推动国有企业股份制改革进程稳步发展。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has establishedthe morden enterprise system which shows that the joint stock system is the reformorientation of the state--owned enterprises. Stock market is one of the main links restricting the reform of the joint stock system. We shall develop the stock market positively and firmly in order to push forward the reform of the joint stock system of state--ownedenterprises.
