摘要
目的评价冠心病介入术后平板运动试验的随访价值。方法对PCI术后6～9个月之间同时完成平板运动试验和冠脉造影的923例患者进行回顾性对比分析。结果923例PCI术后患者中平板运动试验阳性239例,阴性648例;冠脉造影阳性198例,阴性725例。平板运动试验诊断PCI术后支架内再狭窄及新发病变的敏感性72.3%,特异性86.8%,准确度为83.9%,阳性预测值为60.3%,阴性预测值为92.1%。结论平板运动试验是有效评价冠心病PCI术后疗效的重要无创检查之一。
Objective To evaluate the value of treadmill exercise test （TET） in the follow-up of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods We analysed 923 cases from July 1999 to 2009 who had TET and coronary angiography（CAG） during the follow-up 6 ~ 9 months after PCI. Results In 923 cases, positive of TET was 239 cases and negative was 684 cases, the positive of CAG was 198 cases and negative was 725 cases .The sensitivity of TET about stent restenosis and new lesion after PCI was 72.3% ,specificity was 86.8% ,accuracy was 83.9% ,positive predictive value was 60.3 %, negative predictive value was 92.1%. Conclusion TET is one of the important non-invasive examination in predicting efficacy in follow-up of PCI.
