摘要
明代养生家高濂非常重视情志养生,特别是怡情养生,在其养生专著《遵生八笺》中有大量此方面的记述,通过四时幽赏、起居安乐、燕闲清赏等具体实践,来达到"神清气朗,物无容扰,而志逸身闲,养寿怡生"的目的。其所有怡情养生的实践方式皆是以"遵生"为前提,以服务于"遵生"为目的的。
GAO Lian the author of ming dynasty paid attention to mental preserving health espesialy cheerful feeling keeping in good health. He described many preserving health methods such as. travels and appreciation four season, peace and happiness in daily life, leisure and quiet and so on. The perpose of all these preserving health is to obey life and service life.
