新生儿窒息后肾功能心肌酶谱血糖及电解质改变 被引量:1

摘要 目的 检测窒息新生儿及正常新生儿肾功能、心肌酶谱、血糖和血解质.方法 检测50例窒息新生儿和35例正常对照新生儿的肾功能(BUN,Cr),心肌酶谱(AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,HBDH),血糖和血清Na~+,K~+,Cl~-,Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+).结果 窒息组血清BUN、Cr含量明显高于对照组,二者差异有非常显著意义(P均<001);心肌五酶窒息组每项均高于对照组,差异显著(P值均<0.01).结论 新生儿窒息后,除了脑损伤外,心肾功能异常明显,故及时监测和治疗心肾功能损害,对提高成活率、减少后遗症十分重要. ve To observe the change of renal function, myocardial enzymes, serum glucose and electrolyte in neonatal asphyxia. Methods The renal function (BUN,Cr), myocardial enzymes (AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, HBDH), serum glucose and Na+ , K+ , Cl- , Ca2+ , Mg2+ were measured in 50 cases of neonatal asphysix and 35 cases controls. Results The contents of serum BUN and Cr, 5 myocardial enzymes in asphyxial neonates (AN) were markedly significant higher than those in control group (CG),(P<0.01). Conclusion In neonatal asphyxia, in addition to cerebral injure, the abnormality of the renal and heart function contents were also apparent. So it is very important to monitor and management heart contents in time in enhancing surival rate and decreasing sequelae.
