摘要
通过对青岛大剧院工程大跨度钢桁架综合施工技术的研究,对大跨度钢结构吊装涉及到的吊装机械选型、结构分段、吊点布置、临时支撑处理等难点进行分析,通过全过程仿真模拟、施工过程监测及分析,进行吊装方案的优化,很好地保证了安装施工过程中的精度.
Through the research on the long-span steel truss comprehensive construction technology in Qingdao Grand Theater project,this paper analyzes the technological difficult issues about the hoisting machinery selection,structure,segmentation,hanging point arrangement and temporary support,involved in the large-span steel lifting.Based on the whole process simulation,monitoring and analysis of the construction process,it optimizes the lifting program to ensure the safety and precision of the construction process.
