摘要
对某养羊场波尔山羊发生的附红细胞体病进行了临床观察和病理学检验。结果显示,山羊的可视黏膜苍白贫血,红细胞明显变形,红细胞表面有附红细胞体附着;实质器官有不同程度的损伤,肝脏变性明显,淋巴结失去正常组织结构,淋巴细胞大量消失,脾脏内红细胞溶解。
Pathologic examination and clinical observation of Boer goat Eperythrozoonosis were carried out. The results indicated that the goat showed symptoms of anemia, visualization mucosa pale and weak, erythrocyte were deformed and Eperythrozoon adhered to the red blood cell surface. The organs of the sick goat were damaged in some degree, liver denaturalized seriously, lymphnode structure destroyed, a large number of lymphocyte cells disappeared. Red blood cell was dissolved in the spleen.
