摘要
高校专利战略是高校发展进程中面临的一个重要问题。指出高校当前存在专利战略意识较淡薄、专利管理制度不健全、激励机制不够完善、专利技术转化率不高等问题,论述了高校专利战略的重要性,提出从构筑严密外围专利网、加强专利管理、搭建专利转化平台、加大对专利的资金投入、鼓励风险投资参与高校专利技术转化5个方面制定专利保护策略,促进高等学校专利战略的全面实施,进而提升高校的竞争力。
The patent problems existed in strategy is a important issue in the protective strategies of patent in development of university. This paper has discussed some universities, such as the patent consciousness is weak, management system is not sufficient, incentive mechanism and patent technology transformation are not effective. Then, the paper analysed the importance of patent strategy in university, and proposed building external patent network, Strengthening management, establishing patent transformation platform, and asing inputs, promoting the capital investment in universities＇patent technology transformation to design the patent potective srategies.
