摘要
社会化程度越来越高的现代社会,各种社会关系尤其是利益关系也越来越紧密和不可分割的联系在一起。因此,实现社会的平稳和有序的发展,尤其是社会的科学发展和可持续发展,离开了现代意义上的科学管理是难以想象的。而科学管理理念的形成与实施,则离不开系统思维的基础性支撑与规范。所以,真正的现代科学管理是系统思维精神实质的真实展现。
In this paper,the author believes that in modern society of which socialization degree is higher and higher,different kinds of social relations of benefits have gotten more and more closely in touch with each other,points out that the forming and enforcing of the scientific administration concept can＇t be separated with system thinking.It is concluded that therefore the real modern and scientific administration is really revealing the spiritual substance of system thinking.
