摘要
大学是一个以发展科学、培养人才、服务社会三大职能于一体的学术组织，学术性是大学的根本属性。学术是大学存在的合理性土壤，大学的管理从本质上说也是学术管理。只有学术之花在大学的土壤上开的芬香、开的绚丽多姿，大学才能永葆其生命力，大学才能培养出更多更好的优秀人才。而在当今时代，大学的学术研究的功利化、泡沫化、腐败化趋势愈演愈烈，如果这些现象得不到根本上的解决，大学的科学研究将难以有创新性或创造性．也难以做出创新性、创造性的成果。因此有必要对大学的学术进行治理。
University should strive to develop science, train talents and provide service for the society, whose basis should be academic nature, and whose management should be academic management. Only all academic flowers blooming together can bring vitality to university and cultivate more talents. However, the academic research in university becomes more utilitarian and corruption, which has strong influence on academic purity, and impedes academic innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out academic improvement and reetfication.
