摘要
本文通过对顺式阿曲库铵的理化特性、代谢途径、药效观察、不同注药方式、不同人群及国内外麻醉诱导期的研究的现状和进展进行综述。结果发现,顺式阿曲库铵作为一种新型的中时效非去极化肌松药,安全治疗窗宽、作用强、恢复较快、无蓄积作用、可控性好、不释放组胺、代谢不依赖肝肾功能;并且临床上可根据患者条件和手术需要,通过调整剂量和注药方式来调控其起效时间和作用时间,从而满足不同手术麻醉诱导的需求,是目前较为理想的麻醉肌松药。
This overview was reviewed from the physical and chemical properties, metabolic pathway, efficacy observation of cisatracurium and its different groups of patients. We reviewed the anesthesia induction status in domestic and international and the progress of the study. The result showed that cisatracurium, as a new type of non-depolarizing muscle relaxant prescrip- tion drugs, had wide safe therapeutic window, rapid onset time, strong effect, faster recovery, no accumulation effect, good controllability, non release of histamine and good metabolism which do not rely on liver and kidney function. Cisatracurium can be controlled in clinic, based on the needs of patients and the surgery, by adjusting the dose and injection way to control its onset time and action time so as to meet the need of different surgical anesthesia induction, which is an ideal narcotic muscle relaxant.
