不同基因型玉米光合作用强度的调控研究 被引量:15

摘要 以不同基因型玉米为试材研究了遮荫等措施对单叶光合速率的影响,结果为:1)在田间自然条件下,雌穗大小与单叶光合速率之间存在显著正相关关系;2)大喇叭口期追N肥可适当减缓增密后叶片光合下降的程度,从而提高产量;3)瞬时遮光时或低温处理后不同基因型玉米叶片光合速率均呈下降趋势,若遮荫2周后恢复正常光照,则叶片光合速率表现增高,且自交系较杂交种增幅更大;4)人工去叶、去穗后,经过较长时间(37天)不同基因型玉米叶片光合速率的反应不同。 Different genotypes of maize were used to study photosynthesis regulation,the results showed that the single leaf Pn was highly significantly correlated with grain yield when there was difference among individual plants under field condition.Leaf Pn and grain yield could be reduced by increasing plant density,but increased by appling N fertilizer at booting date.The treatment of lower temperature and shading in a short time would reduce Pn,where as that of shading in a long time would increase Pn after treating.There was changing diversify of Pn among genotypes after defoliation and cut off ear.
