摘要
乙酸芳樟酯是制备高品质香精的原料,传统的制备主要是无机酸催化法及Williamson合成法,产率底,副产物多,产品质量差,品质低。本文采用中初分子筛MCM-41催化芳樟醇与乙酐反应得到很好的结果,各种实验参数被讨论,芳樟醇的转化率为99%左右,芳樟酯的收率在50%以上.
Linalyl acetate is a kind of important perfume in the formation of advanced perfumery compounds. Chemical routes for the synthesis of linalyl acetate mainly involve acidic catalysis from linalool or the Williamson method starting with halohydrocarbon. Besides the unfriendliness of the reaction systems, low synthetic yields were obtained, which can be due to many secondary reactions and their by-products. In this paper, mesoporous molecular sieve HMCM-41 is found to be a remarkably effective and regenerable heterogeneous solid-acid catalyst for the catalyzed synthesis of linalyl acetate from linalool and acetic anhydride. Experimental parameters were discussed. The transforming ratio of linalool is about 99%, the yield of linalyl acetate is above 50%.
