摘要
将技术转移的主体界定为知识和技术创造的主体以及知识和技术应用的主体。在此前提下依据一个特定知识主体的技术知识发展呈现"S"曲线的特征,按照"S"曲线发展的起始阶段、上升阶段、稳定阶段探讨技术转移的对接机制。由于不同的发展阶段,对企业的技术要求不同,决定了行业应对的机制的不同,为此,重点研究"S"曲线中起始阶段的对接问题。
The main body of of technology transfer is defined as the main body of knowledge and technology creation as well as knowledge and technological application.On this premise,a specific body of knowledge in the development of technical knowledge presents in an S-shaped Curve,so the docking mechanism for technology transfer is discussed according to the initial phase,up stage and the stabilization phase that S-shaped Curve goes through.Coping mechanism of the industry is decided by different development stages and technical requirements of the enterprise,with regard to this,the docking at the initial stage of S-shaped Curve is the key issue.
