摘要
目的为规范截叶铁扫帚药材加工,比较分析叶与其它药用部位的挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析鉴定。结果叶被鉴定的成分有56种挥发油,主要成分是4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙基)-1,3-苯并间二氧杂环戊烯(6.93%)、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(6.40%)、雪松醇(4.80%)等;其它药用部位有16种挥发油成分被鉴定,主要成分是n-十六酸(33.21%)、亚油酸甲酯(6.63%)、亚油酸(5.54%)等;两者GC图谱差异明显,检出7种相同成分,叶的挥发油成分种类多。结论截叶铁扫帚全草入药,叶和其它药用部位挥发油种类差异大,药材加工导致叶片丢失,影响临床疗效。
Objective To regulate the processing of Lespedeza cuneata (Dum.Cours.) G.Don and analyse the chemical compositions of essential oil extracted from its leaves and other medicinal parts. Methods The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation and its chemical compositions were identified by GC-MS. Results 56 compounds of the leaves were identified, and the main chemical components were 4-methoxy-6-(2-propyl)- 1,3 -benzo dioxole (6.93%), 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-Pentadecanone (6.40%), cedrol (4.80%) etc.. 16 compounds of other medicinal parts were identified, and the main chemical components were n-hexadecanoic acid (33.21%), methyl linoleate (6.63%), linoleate (5.54%) etc.. There was a significant difference between the two atlases, and the leaves contained more components than others medicinal parts. Conclusion Many parts of Lespedeza cuneata (Dum.Cours.) G.Don can be used as medicines, because the variety of essential oil extracted from its leaves and other medicinal parts has great difference, leaf loss caused by processing could effect the curative effect.
