几种常用药用植物的抗氧化活性及对NO_2^-的清除能力比较

摘要 比较12种不同的药用植物超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和不同药用植物在模拟胃液pH值条件下对NO2-的清除能力。结果表明,绿茶SOD活性最高,枇杷叶、荔枝皮、苍耳次之,红茶、枸杞、玉米须较低。几种药用植物清除NO2-的能力绿茶最强,益母草、玉米须较低,其他则相差不大。 In this experiment the superoxide dismutase activities and the capacities of NO2-scavenging under the pH condition same as that of gastric juice for different medicinal plants were compared.The results showed that green tea had the highest activity of SOD,that of cocklebur,mint,Eriobotrya japonica was middle,black tea,Chinese wolfberry,and corn filaments had lower activity of SOD.About removing capacity of NO2-,green tea was the highest,motherwort and corn filaments were lower,other were middle.
