将健康促进理念引入中小企业的职业安全卫生工作之中,为健康相关社会资源服务于经济建设的主战场提供了新的途径。面向中小企业开展职业场所健康促进,有利于提高员工健康水平,降低企业的生产和医疗成本,提升企业的竞争力,促进社会和谐与经济的可持续发展。
The concept of health promotion should be applied to occupational safety and health of Small and Mediumsized Enterprises （ SMEs ）, which means a new way of health-related social resources acting on the main battlefield of economic development. Health promotion for SMEs will help improving the health status of employees, reducing production and medical costs, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting social harmony and sustainable economic development.
