摘要
目的分析经腹、会阴直肠癌切除术（Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术）并发症。方法总结我院１９８７年１月～１９９８年４月所施行的３６４例Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术中所发生的手术并发症的防治经验。结果Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术治愈率高、适用范围广，但并发症高，其中尤以骶前大出血和泌尿系尿路损伤常见而严重。结论术中应防止骶前静脉及尿路损伤以减少并发症。
Objective To analyse the complications of Miles operation.Method To sum up the experiences of prevention and management of complications in 364 cases of Miles operation.Results There was high cure rate and wide indication in Miles operation,but it's morbidity of complication was high,especially severe presacral hemorrhage and ureteral injury were severe.Conclusion To reduce complications,the surgeons should prevent to injure presacral venas,ureters and urethra.
